TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:•All artwork commissioned is for personal use only. Commercialization of any commissioned work unless properly discussed with a formal contract beforehand is strictly prohibited. Please e-mail me in regards to any long-term commercial work.•Reselling or otherwise monetizing distribution of the commission is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated, the commissioner is not purchasing the copyright to the image.•My artwork is not to used for NFTs or exchanged for cryptocurrency.•My artwork is not to be used to train AI.•All artwork is screen-resolution only. The commissioner is responsible for any additional printing process desired.•Payments are either made via Ko-fi payments (arranged beforehand) or via PayPal Invoice.•Full payment is required upfront for sketches and limited palette commissions. A deposit of $25 is required for all other commission types, with the final amount to be paid upon the commission's completion.•All prices listed are baseline. Complex designs, additional characters, and complicated backgrounds will increase the price.•I reserve the right to refuse a commission.•Failure to follow the terms of service will result in cancellation of commission and/or DMCA action if necessary.•Once payment is received, production will begin on artwork. Previews will be sent out at each stage where applicable:
